The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of bargain between SteepBlue and you. SteepBlue would not be able to have provided the service without such limitations.
SteepBlue does not warrant that functions contained in the SteepBlue website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the SteepBlue website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
