Included in the license fees is the dedicated support and ongoing maintenance service from SteepBlue. With these services clients will get:

- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Updates of the licensed software
- Access to the Customer Portal
Premium Support is an extension on the standard support and maintenance services and will help clients to focus on their core business whilst we take care of the software. Additional optional services within the Premium Support are:

- Technical Application Management
- Functional Application Management
- On demand-consulting
