Business analysis is a critical process that drives the project life cycle. The business analyst, acting as an intermediary between the business and technical communities, analyzes competing business needs and develops plans to implement the projects that support stakeholder objectives. We believe Business Analysis is key for the success of eTrading projects. The purpose is not the implementation of the technology itself (although this can have many benefits for users) but the additional value it can add to the business of our clients.
